Urgent Requests

Certain questions or requests may require immediate attention. According to our Service Level Agreement (SLA), urgent requests pertain specifically to issues on the Production site, such as a complete loss of service, unavailability of the production system, or significant impact on critical business operations.


If your situation falls under these criteria:

Kindly send an email to support@chasedesign.freshdesk.com or submit your urgent request through the support portal at https://support@chasedesign.freshdesk.com/tickets/new 


Once you've submitted your request, access the support portal using the ticket link provided to update the priority to URGENT. This action will initiate an expedited routing of your ticket.
