Is your website currently down? The following steps will help guide you in identifying potential hosting issues before reaching out to the Chase Design support team.


  1. Please begin by checking with your hosting provider. For WP Engine users, either call the designated phone number below or initiate a chat through your my.wpengine.com account at https://my.wpengine.com/support#.

  1. For users on other hosting platforms, consult the status pages or support links of your provider below

  1. If you’ve determined that the issue is not with your host, please email us at support@chasedesign.freshdesk.com or submit your urgent issue through our support portal here: https://support@chasedesign.freshdesk.com/tickets/new 

  2. To trigger an urgent routing of your ticket, log into the support portal via the ticket link after your request is submitted and change the priority to URGENT
