What should I expect after I submit a change request or issue?


Check Your Email- A confirmation email should arrive in your inbox shortly. If you don’t receive an email, your request may not be in our system. Please then resubmit your request to support@chasedesign.freshdesk.com 


Next Steps- Depending on the nature of your request, we should respond within 24 hours. Urgent support requests will receive same-day attention when possible.


Progress of Your Ticket- Please login to the support portal to check the status of your ticket.
