2. Include Website URL – It’s important to know what site we’re working on. If you’re having problems on a specific page, please include the URL to that page(s) as well.
3. Detailed Description of the Problem(s) – Please provide a complete description of the issue you are encountering with as much detail as possible. This helps us quickly determine the cause of the issue.
4. Use Screenshots (if applicable) – If possible, take screenshots of the issue and attach them to the ticket. If you don’t know how to do this press “SHIFT+COMMAND+4” on a Mac or the “Print Screen” button on a PC then paste into Microsoft Paint.
5. Time Frame of the Problem – Please include how long you have known about the issue and when did you first identify the problem?
